Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before engaging our rental services.  By booking one of our photo booths or renting our equipment, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.

• Booking and Payment A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days prior to your event. Payments can be made through specified methods on our website. All prices will be stated in local currency and may be subject to taxes

• Cancellationand Refunds – Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event in order to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.

• Responsibilities and Liabilities - The client is responsible for ensuring that the venue allows photobooth or throne chair set up, and that suitable power supply is available if applicable.  HH Rentals will not be held liable for any direct or indirect injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of our equipment.  The client agrees to take full financial responsibility for any damage caused to our equipment, or its accessories during the rental period.

• Usage and Permissions - The client grants our company permission to use the event photos for promotional purposes, unless otherwise stated in writing.  The client is also responsible for obtaining permissions, copyrights, or licenses for props, backgrounds, or other materials used in photobooth.  Additionally, the client agrees to use the throne chairs solely for the intended purpose and in a responsible manner.

• Indemnification - The client agrees to indemnify and hold our company harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of client's use of our rental equipment.

•  Force Majeure – Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this agreement if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, strikes, pandemics, government regulations, or any event that is beyond the control of the parties. In the event of Force Majeure, the affected party shall notify the other party in writing and shall make reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects of the Force Majeure Event. 

• Govern Laws and Jurisdiction - The terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts. 

• Care of Equipment – agrees to exercise reasonable care and diligence in the use and protection of the rental equipment provided by HH. The customer shall be responsible for safeguarding the equipment from theft, loss, or damage during the rental period. In the event of theft, loss, or severe damage, the customer shall notify us and the appropriate law enforcement immediately if applicable. In the case of any loss, theft, or severe damage to our equipment the customer will assume financial responsibility by paying the FULL replacement or repair cost of the equipment as determined by HH. Security deposits may apply.
