Delivery Fee varies depending on the size and location of your event. All pickups and deliveries after 11 pm subject to extra charge.
We are currently serving Collin County, Grayson County, and Hunt County, other surrounding counties may be subject to additional delivery fees.
We currently accept all major credit cards for reservation deposits. Final balances can be paid via our website, cash app, zelle, or card. We DO NOT accept checks or Cash as a form of payment.
The amount is required to reserve your order. Your order is not reserved until the deposit is received and a contract is executed. The reservation amount is 25% of your total rental amount. The reservation deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, but will be applied to your total balance.
Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days prior to your event in order to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions that prevent the event from taking place, HH may offer customers the option to receive a rain check.
If you want to save on delivery fees, we can coordinate a pickup location , otheso select items, otherrwise we are a mobile rental company and will charge a delivery fee based on location and rentals.
Depending on the items rented, the rental price is for up to 24 hours, unless you purchased a multiday or overnight rental. This does not apply to photo booths.
We do provide rentals for outdoor events, if applicable and your rental requires electricity please note that WE DO NOT SUPPLY ELECTRICITY! You will need to supply your own outlet and generator.
